Eddie Spears has been in the spotlight since age 10 starting with his
first role in the Turner production of “Geronimo”,
“The Witness”, Through the Window”, and
“Somebody said Pow Wow”

The lead , Shane Chasing Horse in
“DreamKeeper”(2001-2002) a
Hallmark Entertainment mini series to which he had the honor of working
with his good friend August Schellenberg once again, who plays his
grandfather. Eddie first met August Schellenberg while filming the
Turner Geronimo as Ishkiye.

     When Eddie was cast for the lead in “Black
Cloud”,(2003) directed by Rick Schroder, he trained 3 months
prier
with the legendary boxing trainer Jimmy Gambia to prefect his boxing
skills. The story is about a Navaho boxer training for the Olympics
while struggling with  the secrets of his family’s heritage.
One
of the scenes shot during the filming of  Black Cloud, was filmed in Las
Vegas during the 2003 Golden Gloves National Championship.

Because of his strong sense of traditional value, Eddie works closely as
